Each staff employed by any organization requires reasonable and maximum outputs on the part of such staff members. Each staff productive abilities may depend on workload at every point in time. To this end, this research surveyed the workload of lecturers in Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo in Ondo State. One hundred lecturers from the five schools in the College were selected as the study sampled population. Information was gathered through a well-structured questionnaire. Findings reveal that the lecturers have much task at their disposal and the workload has some negative consequences on their research outputs, teaching and administrative duties performance. Recommendations were given to the lecturers, College Management and relevant Government authorities to enhance the lecturers’ productivities in the discharge of their duties.
