This paper examines gender influence on academic performance of College Computer Science students. A sample of 196 students, 160 males and 136 females were purposively selected from Computer science department, Adeyemi College of Education Ondo, in Ondo state during the 2011/2012 academic session. The cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of the sample was analysed using mean, standard deviation and percentages. Four hypotheses formulated were tested using two-tailed independent t-test. It was revealed that there was no statistically significant difference in academic performance between male and female students.
