The study examined the environmental awareness, attitude and participation among secondary school students in Ondo West Local Government Area of Ondo State with respect to location, gender and school ownership. Nineteen secondary schools formed the sample for the study. The research instrument included questionnaires and both descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis. The findings of the study reveal that there were significant difference in the level of awareness, attitude and participation among rural and urban students, male and female students and public and private students.The findings implies that location, gender and school ownership are determinants of environmental awareness, attitude and participation respectively in the Study Area
